Companies report losing tens of thousands of dollars daily from being unable to fill key vacancies, even as high potential applicants slip through the cracks of over-crowded job recruitment platforms. Recruiting from across the country and accommodating fully or partially remote workers can help companies overcome the growing local labor and skill shortages and increase retention; however, it can also increase the costs and risks of hiring and employment.
To address these challenges, I co-founded Amplisal in 2020 with Joshua Graff Zivin. We specialize in remote and hybrid workforce management consulting. Our mission is to bring expertise in machine learning, data science, and the economics and management of innovative and remote labor forces to help firms ensure that everyone in their employment cycle gets more and sacrifices less.
We use our data and prediction technologies combined with our decades of experience in labor economics to help companies build successful and lasting relationships. We help organizations better optimize job search targeting, recruitment strategies and compensation packages, and improve a company’s ability to plan for and respond to changes in the workforce.
