Teaching

I teach courses on International Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Policy and Management, and Organizational and Personnel Economics at the School of Global Policy & Strategy at UC San Diego.

I was awarded the UC San Diego Graduate and Professional Student Association Faculty Teaching Award in 2022. I have delivered short courses and lectures on remote and hybrid work management, innovation management for policy-makers and firms, barriers to and opportunities for female success in the workforce and entrepreneurship, and international management.

I am working with the Lab for Emerging Intelligence at the Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego to develop and deploy the SmartLearning Hub, an instructor-centered AI tutor platform.
